1/35 Pibber Diorama w.i.p.

Starting the new year with something old. I dusting off some pics of a diorama I started back in 2002 (if memory serves me right).
It's the Tamiya 1/35 scale pibber in a vietnam riverine diorama. A LRRP extraction chopper has been shot down and a pibber has come to the rescue. The pilot is trying to keep the wounded copilot afloat as the guys on the boat try to reach out to them. They've also come under heavy enemy fire and the crew returns fire.
Injured LRRP being helped aboard by his buddy.
Another LRRP reaching out to the pilots that are still in the water. The captain of the pibber is steadying the boat, so that they can bring those guys on board.
