2012!

Happy new year one and all!

Yup, I'm still here and still busy as ever. With the new year comes the chance to reflect on the past year and plan the year ahead. As usual, there's always a ton of project ideas swirling in my mind, some get started but very few get finished. It's a bit disconcerting that I've only done 18 posts in 2011. Here's a list of projects I've got in progress and promise to finish this yer:

Modellours Workshop

I recently discovered a couple of interesting modelling websites.
1st is AFV news which regularly reports new military model related product release in a blog format. I like the layout and easy to access news articles. They seem to have been around since Jun 2009... the web is big!

A few weeks ago, I embarked on my biggest diorama project to date. Here's a first preview at some of the progress I've made. It involves the old hasbro AT-AT toy about to smash the Finemolds 1/48 snowspeeder to smithereens! Trying out some new (to me) techniques for painting the snowspeeder.
